1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Cloud Computers website and your relationship with Cloud Computers Tech Solutions when you purchase products, request repairs, sign an AMC agreement, or use our support services.

By accessing our website, visiting our Davangere showroom, submitting a service request, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. About Cloud Computers

Cloud Computers is a Karnataka-based technology service provider offering computer and laptop sales, repairs, printer solutions, networking, CCTV installation, AMC contracts, and software support. We have served homes, businesses, schools, and institutions across Karnataka since 2012.

Our registered place of business is 8th Main, 8th Cross, P.J. Extension, Davangere — 577004, Karnataka, India.

3. Services Overview

Our services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Computer, laptop, and tablet diagnostics and repair
  • Hardware sales and custom PC builds
  • Printer sales, servicing, and cartridge/toner supplies
  • CCTV and surveillance system installation and maintenance
  • Networking and IT infrastructure support
  • Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and software support
  • Authorized service support for selected brands including HP, Dell, Lenovo, Acer, ASUS, and Canon

Service availability, turnaround times, and pricing may vary based on device condition, parts availability, and scope of work. Estimates provided are subject to change after detailed diagnosis.

4. Repair Terms & Device Handover

  • You must provide accurate contact information and a clear description of the reported issue when submitting a device for repair.
  • We will provide a job receipt or service ticket identifying your device and the agreed scope of work.
  • Devices not collected within 30 days of completion notification may incur storage charges. After 90 days, unclaimed devices may be disposed of or recycled at our discretion, following reasonable attempts to contact the owner.
  • You are responsible for backing up all data before service. Cloud Computers is not liable for data loss unless caused by proven gross negligence.
  • We may refuse service for devices with illegal content, unsafe conditions, or situations where repair is not economically viable.

5. Sales, Pricing & Payments

  • All prices quoted are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise and may change without prior notice until an order is confirmed.
  • Payment terms for products, repairs, installations, and AMC plans will be communicated at the time of order or invoicing.
  • Genuine parts and brand-new products are supplied as described. Open-box, refurbished, or used items will be clearly identified before purchase.
  • Taxes, delivery charges, and installation fees may apply and will be shown on your invoice where applicable.

6. Warranties & Limitations

New products sold by Cloud Computers carry the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable. Repair services may include a limited workmanship warranty for a specified period, communicated on your service invoice.

Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, liquid damage after repair, unauthorized third-party modifications, power surges, or normal wear and tear. Manufacturer warranty claims for branded products are subject to the brand’s own terms and approval process.

7. AMC & Support Services

Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) and ongoing support services are governed by the specific agreement or proposal signed at the time of enrollment. AMC coverage, response times, visit limits, and exclusions will be defined in your contract document.

Failure to pay AMC renewal fees may result in suspension of covered support until payment is received.

8. Ticket & Online Portal

Customers may access our online ticket portal at cloudcomputers.trakq.in to track service requests. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend portal access in cases of misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of these Terms.

9. Website Use & Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, logos, graphics, and design — is owned by or licensed to Cloud Computers and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without our prior written consent.

You agree not to use our website for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or interfere with the proper functioning of the site.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cloud Computers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim relating to a specific service or product shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that service or product, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Davangere, Karnataka, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.

We encourage customers to contact us first to resolve any concerns amicably before pursuing formal dispute resolution.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
